According to the requirements regarding the transparent and non-discriminating procedure set forth by OUG (Gov.Emergency Order) no. 34/2017 on the financial management of external grants related to The European Economic Area (EEA) Financial Mechanism 2014-2021 and the Norwegian Financial Mechanism 2014-2021 and The Public Finance Minister’s Order no. 2840/6560/2017 for the approval of The Implementation Rules of the provisions of OUG no. 34/2017 on the financial management of external grants related to The European Economic Area (EEA) Financial Mechanism 2014-2021 and The Norwegian Financial Mechanism 2014-2021.

“Paul Constantinescu” Philharmonic of Ploiești, as project promoter, calls for the organization of a selection procedure of national partners in order to sign a Partnership Agreement for the implementation of the project entitled „VIRTUAL CONCERT HALL – a space for unity in diversity”, to be submitted in order to obtain non-refundable financial support within the RO-CULTURA programme – Call 3 „Cultural entrepreneurship enhanced and larger audience developed”.
